As we improve our production efficiency, this number should increase to around 56,000 per month. This is for diapers only. However, we plan to make sanitary pads in an order-based manner.
We realise the fact that for us to prosper in this relatively untapped market, there is need to be flexible and responsive, to delight our customers by providing them with what they want, when they want it and in the exact quantity. The business environment we operate in will allow us to strengthen and establish our presence in the market.
Our marketing strategy will mainly be focused on making customers aware of our existence, and the products which we produce. Hence our intention is to make the right information available to the right target customers. Market penetration strategies will help us to be well-known and trusted in the market. We will ensure that prices for our products are comparable to South African counterparts, and that prospective customers appreciate the high quality of our products. The prices we charge will take into account the cost production and distribution in order to remain financially viable. We are pleased that many wholesalers and intermediaries order South African products. They perceive them to be more reliable and of better quality. We must not only market the quality of our products aggressively, but also serve our customers and clients in a way that builds a lasting relationship.
